Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has confirmed that Nokia's first smartphone based on Windows Phone 7 (WP7) will be available before the end of this year. He proposed the statement while speaking at the event sponsored by Microsoft's Imagine Cup. Ballmer also noted that this Nokia phone will be a phone 'second generation' those who run the update Mango Windows Phone 7.
